Savannah8/04/2021Talk about some amazing hospitality! This was such a cute setup on a little farm with an awesome views! Jana makes the most delicious homemade muffins and it was so nice to wake up to a homemade breakfast. We felt so cozy here. My son also forgot his stuffed animal there and Jana was kind enough to offer mailing it to us. We will definitely be back next time we are in town! 
Paige7/16/2020The place is everything you need. Very well centralized to go places. Very well maintained. The owners are very accommodating to your needs. Perfect for larger groups or multi family vacations. Very comfortable and relaxing. Hope to visit again in the future! 
Ken11/19/2021This was the perfect stop for our group of 3 families- including 7 kids! Our kids only wanted to hang out at the house instead of doing all the amazing things offered around Mesa Verde. The large gorgeous front yard was perfect for soccer, football, or anything else our kids could conjure up. The game room was also a huge hit. Clearly, the hosts have kept families and kids in mind when staying here, and we appreciated it!

Timothy8/09/2020This was a great place for us to meet up with friends. The common areas comfortably accommodated several guests. Our suite worked well for us too. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch with mountain views. We hope to stay again.

Rebecca3/30/2023Older place, clean, well kept. Great game room and toys for the kids. We did several things in Durango which was a bit of a drive (43 miles) but doable.
Had 14 of us and all comfortable. Thanks Janelle and Todd. 
David7/24/2023 - We had a multi generational family stay here and it was great. Kids loved the foosball, games, tire swing and all the open space to run. The place was comfortable and plenty of room. 10/10 would stay here again. Highly recommend.

We were taking a snowboarding trip in Colorado and the this house was an amazing place to relax at after coming back from the mountain. Cole1/03/2022Great, spacious lodge for large families. Loved having the game room as part of the house, and the feel of the place if very warm and welcoming with thoughtful decorations. The host is absolutely fantastic, helping with any issues in the lodge and also giving great tips for local activities.

Theresa3/24/2022We rented the entire place for a gathering of family and friends to celebrate a 90th birthday, hosting about 25 people. The place was perfect for the occasion. Lots of room and well equipped. The view is spectacular. The suites are large , clean and very comfortable. We stayed for 4 days and the location is great, it's a short drive to Cortez or Dolores or Mesa Verde NP. Lots of things to do. This place is an exceptional value.

The kids loved the activity room with all the toys and the view is amazing from the front porch. We spend many morning s and evening’s sitting outside. Our whole family enjoyed the trip. I booked at the last minute, but JanElle and her family were so welcoming and accommodating. The place is close to Mesa Verde NP, but you could come here just for a vacation.
Located on a large property (farm?) there are sweet touches like bottled water and snacks in each suite, a game room and kitchen. In the common area and even a tire swing outside for the kids. We saw deer across the street last night and a million stars.
The hosts were also incredibly helpful in recommending local restaurants and breakfast was amazing.
We stumbled on this listing out of necessity, and will be back by choice. You won’t be disappointed. 
Christina7/28/2020The unit was the perfect size and layout for our family of five. The location is mere minutes from the entrance to Canyon of the Ancients National Monument and a very short drive to Mesa Verda National Park. It is near enough to town to provide easy access to stores and restaurants while still being just enough "off the beaten path" to be peacefully quiet and provide many opportunities to enjoy the passing deer. The common-area kitchen was clean and well equipped for all our cooking needs. My daughter loved the tire swing out front while my son played the piano in the spacious common-area living/dining room. The host communicated well and made check-in and check-out super easy. We definitely plan to stay here again in the near future! Luke10/06/2021My friends and I had a wonderful stay. Samantha3/24/2020The property is immaculate, spacious, well appointed and equipped. The location was bucolic, with views of the sleeping Ute. The host is extremely responsive and informative. I believe that this stay is perhaps the most exceptional of any I have had in an AirBnB.
