Clint6/25/2021This is a lovely place with gorgeous views. It very clean and well organized. JanElle is a wonderful host and even made us a delicious omelette for breakfast and homemade muffins. 
Dominique5/14/2020We had a fantastic stay! We were comfortably able to accommodate our group staying at the home and our family that visited during the day that lives locally. The home is very spacious and a perfect location for large families or multiple families traveling together. We cooked our full Thanksgiving meal and had plenty of cooking utensils to use in the kitchen. The game room and tire swing were hits with the kids. Very friendly and responsive hosts, would definitely recommend! 
Briana11/24/2023Wranglers Roost, past the kitchen and living area and upstairs to Wranglers Roost. Got those place because it had seperate bedrooms for a friend and I. There's another tiny bed that's tucked away at the corner of the main living space. Bedrooms were very nice and comfortable. Bathroom was great and full of towels. One of the bedroom has a small living area with tv and mini fridge. The house sits on the outer skirts of town so drive into city is about 10 mins.

Maël11/08/2022We loved staying here! Dolores is such a fun, cute little town and the house was situated in a great spot for seeing all the sights we wanted to hit.
The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen and bathrooms were extremely well stocked and there was plenty of extra bedding and things all around. The kids LOVED the toy room and we loved that we could shut the door and get some peace and quiet while they played. They spent most of the time on the playground, tire swing, or watching for deer on the porch. We had plenty of space in the kitchen (2 large tables), and loved that we could have a space for each family we were traveling with. We spent delightful evenings on the porch, and would love to return.
The only thing on our wish list that was missing was a washer and dryer. 
Mindy8/15/2021Great ranch location outside of Cortez. We stayed in the wranglers roost room(s) which had two private and one semi-private bedrooms. Clean and comfortable space. Shared kitchen space, which worked for us, but no other guests really used it that week.

Mark5/21/2021We stayed in the Wrangler's Roost which was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality. My kids loved the game room, huge yard, and playground set! We also loved the wonderful breakfast, it was homemade and amazing! I highly recommended Janelle's Airbnb! Elena10/18/2021This house is fantastic! It was filled with special touches including a game room and toy box for the kiddos. The view was stunning. We loved the view from the front window. JanElle was kind enough to make sure the great room was warm. We would definitely stay here again! 
Neena11/29/2020We had an wonderful trip. The house is very nice and spacious, lots of room to move around. The Owners are amazing and gave some great local food recommendations. We were taking a snowboarding trip in Colorado and the this house was an amazing place to relax at after coming back from the mountain. Cole1/03/2022It was great time spending there. A little off the beaten path, but still close enough if you are going to Mesa Verde. It is worth it to have spacious rooms and activity options for the kids to run around and enjoy. They loved the tire swing and the game room. Clean & comfy.

Aaron7/18/2020Great casual place for the family. Enjoyed the large common area especially the porch with its view of the mountains. My daughter loved the ping pong and foos ball tables in the game room. JanElle was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was yummy. Beth7/27/2021Wir waren eine Nacht bei JanElle und haben es sehr genossen. Von dem Grundstück schaut man auf weite Felder und hat die Hügel im Hintergrund. Wir haben den Abend auf der Veranda verbracht und die Aussicht genossen. Für Selbstversorger gibt es ein Walmart ganz in der Nähe. In dem Haus gibt es eine gut ausgestattete Küche und Fernseher sowie einen Spielraum.
Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Fabien3/23/2020The place is everything you need. Very well centralized to go places. Very well maintained. The owners are very accommodating to your needs. Perfect for larger groups or multi family vacations. Very comfortable and relaxing. Hope to visit again in the future! 
Ken11/19/2021This place is in a great location! Currently seeing some renovations, but quite the ample space and great for large groups. There are some other tenants on property and no washer/dryer. However, the big open space on the main floor is very enjoyable and a great view out the front!

Kathi9/25/2021This was the first time we have tried an air b n’ b with a shared space. The home was spacious, and the suite we stayed in was large enough to spread out. There was another family there that we shared the kitchen with. The space was plenty big enough to share. We appreciated that there were two kitchen tables, so we could all sit down and eat. The game room was great, my kids loved the ping pong. We would definitely stay again!

The kids loved the activity room with all the toys and the view is amazing from the front porch. We spend many morning s and evening’s sitting outside. Our whole family enjoyed the trip. Jackie5/21/2022We had a multi generational family stay here and it was great. Kids loved the foosball, games, tire swing and all the open space to run. The place was comfortable and plenty of room. 10/10 would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Samantha3/24/2020This was a great place for us to meet up with friends. The common areas comfortably accommodated several guests. Our suite worked well for us too. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch with mountain views. We hope to stay again.
